Roasted salmon with ginger-teriyaki sauce and sauteed ginger/garlic green beans.

And too much wine.

Wow, sounds perfect, except for the wine part.

I’m just not much of a wino. Nice cold water, fresh fruit juice, or an iced tea on occasion will suffice.

I love those! And they look pretty easy.

Poached salmon with dill sauce & lemon wedges
baked potatoes
roasted carrot / zucchini / squash (spices - paprika, turmeric, cinnamon)

desserts:
butterscotch blondies
chocolate chip cookies

note - the bunny buns are what I refer to the roll-ppang

Had some Shoulder Blade Pork Chops in the freezer from 2 weeks ago. Took them out around 2 pm, thawed by 6 pm. Used the Air Fryer to cook them as an experiment with just simple kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. It took longer than broiling them (my usual method) and they came out more well done than I usually like it, but the flavor was great. My side was Knorr's Mushroom rice. Overall, a good dinner, but will return to broiling them in the future.

Took a picture, but wasn't accessible when making the original post.

From the same meal, you list bunny buns, and roll-ppang buns. So, obviously you’re up to something nefarious with the Bunny Buns.

AHS 2020: Bunny Buns!

So that would imply that roll-ppang rolls are not for eating?

I made rabbit pie. It was surprisingly good. Rabbit has all but gone out of existence and it shouldn't. It's a great meat. (that it's an invasive pest probably has more to do with the lack of rabbit farming).
