When done correctly, they can be great.

It's not like it adds something to the taste of it.

My German is rusty (although I'm trying to relearn), so I apologize if I don't have it quite right.

Better, but still foamy. You seem to be in a hurry, pouring fast and then pounding them down. Slow down and enjoy.

The best way to avoid so much head is to tilt the glass and pour along the side of the glass itself. It makes for a much more pleasant experience, due in no small part to the fact that you do not need to wait to enjoy it.

I could really go for a beer. Three days to go...

Not my fault. This brewers beers all foam up out of the can as soon as the tab is pulled. Which is why I can cut anyone else a break. Sometimes.

I've had some like that, but most beers don't foam up when you open the can.

Pilsner Urquell. I have a friend who can hook me up with cases at a "fell off of the back of the truck" discount.

I really wanted to buy this but the label said lactose and I decided to pass. But they make it look so delicious.

Hibiscus is a pretty intense red. Doesn’t take much to look “unnatural”. That said it gives a pleasant tartness and can be a fun cocktail ingredient when you want some flavor to go with your red.

Lactose is a sugar used to make the beer sweeter and round out the mouthfeel without risking overpressure from the yeast fermenting the sugar to carbon dioxide, as they don’t metabolize lactose. Of course it may be a problem if the drinker doesn’t either.
