Sometimes it is the beer's fault, but this is not the first time the poster has included photos that look like that with beer. Many fruit sours are not a standard beer color, but rather are a pink/red, green, or blue.
Hibiscus is a pretty intense red. Doesn’t take much to look “unnatural”. That said it gives a pleasant tartness and can be a fun cocktail ingredient when you want some flavor to go with your red.

Lactose is a sugar used to make the beer sweeter and round out the mouthfeel without risking overpressure from the yeast fermenting the sugar to carbon dioxide, as they don’t metabolize lactose. Of course it may be a problem if the drinker doesn’t either.
