the Russian river sour was good but the Upland is fruitier and more me. I love fruit. I was very impressed with the Upland.
of course, Russian river is very acclaimed for Pliny the Elder. So it was good to get it. They have a THIRD sour from Sf local Barebottle Brewery. Maybe I’ll get it next time if it’s still there.

Notch Brewing. Four different Czech-style beers. All delightful.

Seriously... Holy head. Do we need to hold beer pouring lessons?

Sometimes it’s the beer’s fault. I’m more concerned about the unnatural color.

It’s strawberry guava hibiscus - and the Sierra Nevada brand is pretty mega. surely this color is normal with fruit beers in a can? I haven’t bought canned beer at a shop for decades until yesterday! Always only bought bottles (rarely) until someone here said that it matters more about pouring into a wide mouth glass than whether it’s canned or bottled.

good - I might have been in a rush to pour it. I have 2 more cans (left 3 with our friends) so I’ll mindfully pour the next glass and see how it goes :-)

No worries If it really was good I might keep an eye out for it. Allegedly a convenience store near my mom has it, though I have decided to do a dry spell until Friday.

Sometimes it is the beer's fault, but this is not the first time the poster has included photos that look like that with beer. Many fruit sours are not a standard beer color, but rather are a pink/red, green, or blue.

I don't think I would want to have a blue or green beer
