Plenty fo vegetables and sausages. Boiled potatoes, broccolini, roasted capsicum, and garden salad with some really nice pork sausages (hickory and manuka honey, and fennel and white wine). Suits the weather it's humid, hot and wet.

Dessert will be mango with yogurt.

This time I added some Edamame and rice noodles. I hope your lettuce is more cooperative than mine...next time I will use butter lettuce.

Giant garden salad topped with homemade tuna salad. It truly was a garden salad as it contained romaine lettuce from my garden as well as pickled radishes and green beans from the garden. Other ingredients were red bell pepper, grape tomatoes and kalamata olives.

Also a small bowl of pea soup that survived a week in the freezer quite nicely.

For a chilly night, homemade beef stew seems appropriate.

Dinner last night -- homemade red seafood chowder. No recipe, rock shrimp, Pacific cod and coho salmon, potatoes, corn, tomatoes, onions, celery, carrots and tomato paste, seafood stock, some rose since I didn't have an open bottle of white wine, thyme, basil, chilis and parsley.

Dried tofu, bok choy, and tomato&eggs.
First at home meal after the arrival of mini-CoffeeTraveler yesterday. It’s good to be done with hospital cafeteria meals.

Angel hair pasta with bacon & chicken in a goat cheese sauce. Totally white food isn't very photogenic.
