thank you! I’m always missing stuff. I learn so much here.
I just got coffee at a grocery store and learned at checkout that it’s free! No way. I just assumed that it cost money.

Thats pretty common in the south. A big coffee urn in the front of the store past the cashiers. Less common in the last two years however. I wonder when was the last time I saw a functioning public water fountain.

So yesterday ended up not going how I expected at all...

Lunch because I missed my train: "heart healthy salad" with walnuts, beets, grilled chicken, craisins
Snack: crackers with cheese (only a couple)
Dinner: wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, asparagus and creamed spinach at The Capital Grille

Very tasty dinner. The wedge salad broke me I think. I couldn't even finish the vegetables with dinner I was so full.

This morning (brunch I guess)... oatmeal and some tuna salad.

Just had a can of vegetable barley soup. Not bad for 130 calories.

Dinner: turkey and turkey sausage meatloaf, diced mixed veggies

I stopped at CVS and was a dollar and change short of using my monthly rebate, so for the first time in my life I have tried what some may argue is the most disgusting candy ever created: circus peanuts I don't understand why they're banana flavored, but I'm glad I had the experience and don't need to do it again.

That is disrespectful to peeps Seriously they are pretty disgusting.

I also stopped at the supermarket and bought eight more cans of soup on sale. I have more soup than I know what to do with, but I'd rather get it now while it's cheap.

I'm also defrosting red snapper to try to make tomorrow night.

Yep ... topped with both barbecue sauce and mayo ... I'm not sure why Arby's does that by default

Mayonnaise is overused all too often. It should only ever be an option, unless it’s an essential element in the dish (like egg salad).

I've tried that sandwich and feel like you've never had really good brisket if you think it was yummy.
