Thats pretty common in the south. A big coffee urn in the front of the store past the cashiers. Less common in the last two years however. I wonder when was the last time I saw a functioning public water fountain.

So yesterday ended up not going how I expected at all...
Lunch because I missed my train: "heart healthy salad" with walnuts, beets, grilled chicken, craisins
Snack: crackers with cheese (only a couple)
Dinner: wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, asparagus and creamed spinach at The Capital Grille
Very tasty dinner. The wedge salad broke me I think. I couldn't even finish the vegetables with dinner I was so full.
This morning (brunch I guess)... oatmeal and some tuna salad.

Dinner: turkey and turkey sausage meatloaf, diced mixed veggies
I stopped at CVS and was a dollar and change short of using my monthly rebate, so for the first time in my life I have tried what some may argue is the most disgusting candy ever created: circus peanuts
I don't understand why they're banana flavored, but I'm glad I had the experience and don't need to do it again.
