We should have left our coconut tree a bit longer too as was not really tall plus the young ones are not growing fast enough to fruit !
Given up on our mangoes , fingers crossed for the custard apple , duku langsat , soursop , starfruit ..
We were , still are , rather hopeful , we do try to be green ..

Moroccan blueberries , Malaysian pomelo & papaya , Thai longans and bacon twists & raisin bread . Along with iced latte & water with lots of ice cubes
Above is another I had . Also enjoyed papaya , plum , pomelo , Tasmanian cherries and Thai longans in a separate bowl .. Also 2 yoghurts , citrus & lime as well as myrtle .
Char siew pao , egg mayo sandwich ( toasted brown walnut bread ) with cucumber and lettuce .

The tofu fa 😋
Only tofu fa ( beancurd ) , for now , as dessert .. chin chow & soya bean milk .. of course others followed for stretched out tea time .. succumbed to cake , Magnum dark chocolate and coffee ice creams ..

The spaghetti recipe calls for two 24 oz jars of sauce, but I used one jar of sauce + a can of fire roasted tomatoes and a teeny bit of extra water. And yes, my bowl is Fiesta, this one. https://www.macys.com/shop/product/f...id=pdp_details

Mmm, dill pickle chips are my favorite Kettle Brand flavor aside from the sea salt ridged ones in the big Costco bag.

I prefer kettle jalapeo and bbq flavors the most - I still buy most of their skus when Safeway has a sale. Actually I mostly only buy their products on sale because I keep very high inventory for Kettle at home. We have many open bags with chip clips plus 5-6 bags that arent yet open.
open flavors in my preferred sequence - jalapeo, backyard bbq, salt & vinegar, dill pickle, sea salt, ranch

Salami sandwich is the comfort food of lunches (or luncheons). I love them.
Salt & Vinegar is far and away my favorite. I don't think I've seen ranch, but admittedly I don't look past S&V. I tried dill pickle once, but can't remember if it was Kettle or another brand. Thought I'd love it, but the flavor wasn't strong enough for me. But now I'm wondering, is there any such thing as a "bad" potato chip, or are some just better than others?

Im less into the kettle cheddar and honey Dijon and sour cream & onion and korean chips, but I know theyre beloved. The Himalayan sea salt and mango salsa (?) kettle chips are also less fun for me. I dont like these flavors in general for chips - Asian barbecue is great for Asian food and less fun for chips, maybe because I prefer USA bbq for chips. Maybe my child will enjoy more chip flavors since theres such a huge variety now compared to when I was a child.

BBQ were always one of my favorites. There was a local brand called Poore Brothers which was one of the first kettle style I tried. Really good. The Kettle Jalapeo are quite good.
Not much in the way of good potato chips in Indonesia. Lay’s, Cheetos and Fritos are going to be stopped being made in August because of some product merger. Maybe Frito-Lay? That main leaves Pringles and Mr Potato as the leading brands of “potato” snacks.

Regular and BBQ are the only kinds I remember as a kid. Clover Club brand at school, I think.

sadly I never saw Poore bros in sf - at least now its easier to see a big range of chips even if Im mostly eating kettle brand.

Hard to find good (IMO) potato chips in much of Asia. Also in many parts of South America. Even if you find Lays or similar, they will be very different.

Midnight snack. Nice, warm cranberry orange scone fresh out of the toaster oven. 😋
*Commercial scone because I’m terrible at baking.
