A small pizza from Marco’s with onion meatball and Italian sausage. Being lactose intolerant, I am now paying the price. Marginally worth it. I only do this once or twice a year. |

Nuked a Special K crust-less quiche this morning which I paired with a lemon flavored Noosa yougurt. That Noosa yougurt is outstanding, the quiche not so much.

Breakfast: 2 jumbo eggs (3 yolks total) scrambled with shredded non-dairy cheddar cheez, 2 slices of Canadian bacon, 1/2 banana, orange juice.

lunch: package of smoked turkey, 2 clementines, 1 cup canned peaches, water, about 2 dozen large green grapes dinner: ? - trying some place I've never been, on-line menu looks good, probably a burger Edited to add: I ordered blackened redfish. It came with fries and collard greens. All excellent. I passed on the hush puppies though. |
