One of my favorite meals. Bacon wrapped, medium pork tenderloin, with cheese grits and Mexican street corn at Roaring Fork in Scottsdale. Ancho chile flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

Fish in foil on the grill. Dover sole from Oregon with tomato, onion, zucchini, shaved parmesan, lemon slice and lots of basil. |

I cooked 4 frozen pupusas on the stovetop. Tasted like a flat burrito. Never had them before. Won’t bother again. |
