Dinner: Slow-cooked pork shoulder udon with veggies.
We had a snowboarding trip in the Rockies and this was a stellar way to warm up. :D https://scontent-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hpho...45726409_o.jpg |
A tasty BLT sandwich made with beer-candied bacon. ^

Oh, dear - it's relatively cold here in NY: high energy ("power") breakfast - buffet style with the calories before hitting the highway -
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...MG20141228.jpg Late causal business lunch was different - dim sum dishes: clockwise (top) Siu Mai (pork dumplings,) Braised Phoenix Claws, Har Gao (shrimp dumplings,) Stuffed Sticky Rice in Lotus leaf & Pork Ribs (bite sized) ... fuzzy pix, sorry https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...MG20150103.jpg |
Mmm... chicken feet.
LOL @ Phoenix Claws. |
Lobstah Mac & Cheese for a late lunch, which has also tided me over for dinner, given that it has a bazillion calories in it. But soooo goooooood! :p

Stayed with the girl last night (when I got to her house after midnight there was steak, chicken marsala, potatoes and brocolli plus rolls). This morning she made scrambled eggs, potatoes, french toast, bacon and sausage. Might be a keeper.
Then for dinner today I had Chipotle. |
Steak & Guinness pie. Perfect fodder for a wet and windy Saturday night.

Yesterday has been some ribs, Spanish omelette, onions rings and home made coleslaw.
