And somehow gives us all the energy we need in a week in a pill so we can all lose weight.. and not eat our much needed veggies.

Very true.. I'd rather have a pill of veggies a day to fill me up on the needs for 'fiber'..

Space food is coming soon methinks..

Today.. I was hearing on the radio that if you take a pill a day.. you will lose 30 pounds eventually or your money back in 30 days..

A standard Turkish breakfast. I love how the tomatoes' reds and the cucumbers' greens pop out when I gaze on the plate. Oh yeah, and it's pretty darn good too.

After my trip to the Santa Monica Farmers Market yesterday, I am convinced that the best breakfast is freshly picked Gaviota strawberries, Arctic white nectarines, a few blackberries, a couple of dollops of good Greek Yogurt (I like Fage 2%) and a sprinkle of a good locally-made granola. As much as I love that breakfast, I am starving about 3 hours after.
