A very good plan!

What do you think of it? I think it is okay, but a bit bitter.

I’m a fan. Bitter, yes. But not that resiny, citrusy bitter of a hop bomb IPA.

Brunch today at the Grand Marlin - Sam Adams Boston Lager to go with excellent chicken and waffles.

Earlier today, a couple pints of Deep Ellum Easy Peasy IPA. I'm generally not a fan of American IPA's because I think they go crazy with the hops, and you'll never see me drinking a Dogfish Head anything. This one lives up to it's name, tho. It's like drinking alcoholic grapefruit juice, with just a hint of hoppiness.

SO and I are leaving for GND Thursday for nine days, so I imagine I'll be guzzlilng Caribs like there's no tomorrow soon, in between naps. :p

Brewsters Peanut Butter Porter. It's like drinking an alcoholic PB sandwich.

In Bosnia for a bit. Pre-made radler/shandy type drinks seem quite popular here.. so far the red grapefruit and elderflower flavors have been pretty nice on a hot afternoon. 2% ABV means no falling asleep either.

2L bottles of the local lager (similar to German or Czech pilsner) cost about €1 at the grocery store, too.

Guayabera IPA from Cigar City. Paired with NY Strip, yellow sweet corn and steamed asparagus.

Visited Maxline Brewing in Ft. Collins, CO, yesterday.

It's the closest brewery to the Marriott Ft. Collins (just under a mile NNE), and it was nice to walk after having a large brunch. They had hosted a wedding the night before, so many of their usual and popular selections had run out. The remaining selection was good, but nothing truly outstanding. The outdoor patio was really nice, and there were lots of dogs.

A couple beers from Norway and Switzerland while hanging out in Interlaken Switzerland.
My new favorite European brewery is Norway’s Lervig, especially their Hazy Days.
Also grabbed one from Sweden just on the name. “We’re young, we smell good and we’re alive.”
Name was better than the beer.

While unpacking the storage container in the driveway, I came across a box labeled "beer". It contained a whole lot of beers I didn't like.

But also 2 bottles of Funky Buddha Last Snow. I drank those and will bring the rest to work.
