My father in law took us out for Italian last night. I had a Peroni with my linguine and clams. At Publix, I bought a 4 pack of “Quat” from Tampa Bay Brewing Company. I’ll open one after I get home tonight. It’s flavored with kumquats. I’m glad they didn’t name it “Kum”. |
That truly made me laugh out loud!

Stone Tangerine Express and Deschutes Fresh Squeezed were the same price at the Safeway here at Tahoe. I've had the Fresh Squeezed quite a few times, so I picked the Stone. I'm pleased with my choice, this is a really nice citrusy IPA.

I got a can of Natural Light with strawberry lemonade flavor in a beer trade. I definitely got the short end of that stick. Poured it out after a couple sips.

While not me, mrs pbiflyer was recently in Barcelona. Stubbled upon a micro brewery, Garage Beer Co. Found a beer collaboration between them and our local Jupiter, FL brewery Civil Society. Pretty cool find I thought.

SPF 50/50, a radler of IPA and grapefruit juice from Red Hare Brewing Company out of Marietta, Ga and Shallotte, NC. Very refreshing if maybe a little sweet. 4.2% ABV so a sixpack can disappear quickly if you're not watching yourself.
