Wrong bonus received
Now what to do? My targeted email was for 25K miles to start, add'l 15K after $1000 in purchases next 3 months. Received card about 3 weeks ago, 15K miles posted today instead of 25K. Do I call AMEX or Delta or ?

I had the 40K offer; they posted 15K shortly after my first use of the card, and 10K with the first billing date. The Amex statement said 25,xxx SkyMiles earned this (1st) billing period. I'm hoping to see the final bonus with the third statement this weekend, but that's just a hope.

Based on my reading of this thread, no one understands the partial amounts of bonuses that Delta is posting, and we have no idea when the remaining bonuses will post. How are you reaching a different conclusion?

I think you are missing my point. For every person that you identify who has already received 25k miles and thinks that they are going to get their next 15k miles soon, I can point out numerous people who have only gotten an arbitrary 15k miles and have no idea when their remaining 25k will post.
Based on the cumulative experience documented in this thread, I believe it is a stretch to draw the conclusion that any additional owed bonuses "will be coming soon."
