Flew MCO/DTW yesterday. Waited for FA to come around with the Baggie and asked for a red wine. Was told they weren't catered. Then watched as they popped their own meals into the oven while we munched on Cheezits. Second time on this route there was no beer or wine and no Flight "Fuel". Come on DL, get it together.

Supposedly the recovery in bookings is petering out, business travel is non-existent, and as of 10-1 massive headcount cuts are coming. All this tells me we will probably be dealing with demoralized crews and questionable service for the foreseeable future. I don’t see things changing anytime soon. I do hope I am wrong.

FWIW, I also haven't flown since March. But it has nothing to do with service reductions. And it's going to take more than free liquor to get me back...(the whole pandemic thing)

The only reason I'd get on a plane to fly anywhere is if I have a personal/family emergency. That's it. Everything else can wait.

This is still just flat out unacceptable for first class and the high fares we are paying. Do not accept this as ok otherwise delta will just think it's ok to make this normal service. Don't stop sending in emails or calling customer service or completing surveys.

I was offered beer and wine at 830am yesterday! It's just ridiculous! If they can offer that they can damn well offer a can of juice or other more appropriate beverage and healthy snack option other than cheezits ffs.

On an upcoming trip, I was offered an upgrade to first class for $89 on a 300 mile segment to Atlanta. Who are they kidding?

I have been offered Comfort + for $9.00, but can't apply it to my booking for some reason.

FAs cracked out the food boxes in first MSP-DEN on Sunday, 11:20AM flight. AND they gave out the all in one bag, too. Beer and wine, only and no preflight beverage. I don't get that. How hard is it? Maybe it takes a whole FA to hand out the Purell wipe. Anyway, I am wondering if the expiration dates are getting close on the food boxes, so why not give them out?

Flew BOS to SEA this morning in F. They announced overhead that there was wine and beer for FC and C+. Got the usual snack bag (cheez its and kind bar). Flight fuel boxes as well. Plenty of passes offering refills on wine and beer.

If they're still serving mini bottles of wine when I fly I'll be collecting a few for my hotel room for later.
