Well my 4:54 quoted call back came in just under 3:00. (Yay!) But now approaching 30 minutes on hold after “You are next to be answered.”

Agreed. This is beyond ridiculous. After my callback came and I was “next to be answered” I waited over an hour on hold before I finally hung up. Called back and the PM line is now quoting over 9 hours. I’ll deal with it some other time.

Finally, after 8 hours I got a cheery guy on the phone who rebooked me on another flight in 3 minutes.
Not sure why I couldn’t do this online,...but whatever. All set now. Until the next schedule change!

Finally got an agent about 15 minutes after the callback came. He successfully manually refunded one ticket (got the email refund confirmation and refund receipt shows up online). All good there. For the other ticket that I intentionally wanted a credit on, the credit either doesn't show up online, or when I can find it, I receive an error saying no remaining value. Ugh. Just called back and I got in line for a 2:50 callback. I've had this credit issue happen before. Sounds like the ticket wasn't "unhooked" from the PNR properly. But it's two D1 tickets ($8000 combined) so I want to make sure all is in order.

Schedule change Saturday hit me yesterday. Figured it would be busy during the day and evening. Called this am just before 7 am on the Diamond line and spoke to an agent within 4 minutes

Hold times now at noon on 5/24 are so long that there is no option for a callback.

Need to cancel a flight booked online yesterday within the 24-hour period. Web site can’t do the cancel, says need to call in. DM line callback is 3.15 hours.

I called yesterday around midday to do a flight change. Callback time given was over two hours. Callback actually came about an hour and 20 minutes later, which was fine except I then sat listening to hold music for another 15 minutes. Seems like they could have calibrated that a bit better. Once the agent came on the service was excellent.

Called yesterday at 1:45 PM after the schedule changes hit. I was quoted 4 Hours, 16 Minutes for a call back. I was called back after 1 Hour, 54 Minutes though I had to wait another 10 or so minutes on hold for an agent to come on the line. Once I got through I was on the phone for maybe 3 minutes with the agent.

I called the DM # at 9:00 AM EDT (6/25/20), I opted for a call back in 10 minutes, while I was hanging up I got the CB.
