I'm working from home today, so I got to experience the quake in my own home. I saw a couple of glass items fall from a shelf when the big one hit. fortunately I had strategically placed a basket of laundry below it the night before, so no casualties. At my work there was damage to some of the buildings. They were all evacuated at the time I was supposed to call in for a meeting. Eventually they just sent everybody home to make sure the structures were all safe. My wife's work was all sent home too. I just felt another aftershock while I was typing...
(edit) aftershock was a 4.6.

Seeing you post reminds me of a story I wanted to share. Mr. Kipper and I were out at dinner the other week, and a guest at another table asked the server if she had any buffalo sauce. She replied, "I have Cholula."

Day 3 of working from home: The coworkers in my house are very hairy, don't speak English, and keep falling asleep while at work.

It's 5 pm and I'm still working (from home). Soon I'm going to replace the coffee cup on my desk with a glass of wine.

I'm not sure about that, although both were homeless at one time, before ending up here.
They are exceeding their treat limits already.
So cute!

One drawback with WFH is that I am using my toilet paper instead of my employer's!
