2018 Upgrades at the end of the year. One trip left but in paid F so won't impact the stats 18 for 27 for Comp; 3 for 4 with RUCs. Was at least able to use remaining RUC for a trip in early January which I had to waitlist initially but it cleared at about T-60 days so I'm okay with that I suppose.

My end of year numbers as a DM:
146 total segments
31 times in F/D1 due to award/GUC/RUC/FCM
Which leaves 115 segments for 'natural' upgrades. Of those 115:
103 flights upgraded (mostly at window) or 89+%
12 flights didn't make the upgrade or 10+%
Definitely cannot complain

GHOSTBUSTERS!!!
Sorry i think people in the $250k thread were just calling in to the DM line, but discussion in the recent pages suggests that DL has dialed back a lot on how generous they're being with the waiver waiver (not a typo)
Delta increasing Diamond MQD Waiver to $250,000

This was my first year with status on DL, and just an FO at that. Based out of SFO and OAK, I've been pleasantly surprised by the number of upgrades I've gotten as an FO within the T-24 window (though the removal of the OAK-LAX has reduced some of my options now). Out of 21 segments this year (19 booked in Y), I got upgrades on 15, which I find a very high percentage! Flights as follows:
11 booked in Y, C+ upgrade (10 mainline US, 1 regional to Canada) (7 Aisle/Windows, though it helps that DL flies a lot of B717s on the west coast)
4 booked in Y, F upgrade (2 mainline US, 1 regional US, 1 regional to Canada)
4 booked in Y, no upgrade (2 mainline US, 2 TPAC)
2 booked in C+, no upgrade (mainline US)
Hoping that I can get as much success in 2019!

I just started a new job where I am flying a lot, so I got a Skymiles acct and a month later Delta emailed me. It looks like you only get it if its offered to you by Delta, not sure how they decide.

My year will end with a final segment today DTW-BNA. My stats as a diamond (full year) out of BNA with the DL reserve (starting in Nov) are:
- 136 total segments
- 26 segments either paid F upgrade, no first available (equipment), or traveling with another on same ticket.
- In the remaining 110 ‘solo’ segments I was upgraded 89 times for a rate of 81%.
Lots of travel to Florida (PBI, FLL, TPA, RSW, GNV), the west coast (SJC, LAS, LAX, SEA), and HOU/IAH, and a lot of stopovers in ATL (I’d guess 35-40% of segments were between BNA-ATL).
Pretty good I think.

Complimentary Upgrades to Delta One
Hey all. Just curious how everyone has fared when it comes to getting a complimentary upgrade to D1 on domestic routes? I realize YMMV due to specific routes, time of year, day of travel, etc. But I'm just curious what kind of luck you guys have had since DL made the change. I'm looking to do some MR's on Saturdays next year and LAX-JFK-LAX is one of a couple routes that have caught my eye and it's always nicer to ride up front if you can.
