On October 15, 2018 my wife and I we're on DL 1486 from FLL to ATL. They took one person out of First Class, The gate agent placed him in the back of the plane. The person showed his ticket to the Gate Agent and said this is where he is assigned to sit. She said that he can't sit there. The person didn't make a fuss with the Gate Agent and got up and went to where they reassigned him. They didn't refill his seat and kept it empty. There were 4 open First Class seats with several people that were on the upgrade list that didn't get upgraded. All of us in the area where this happened couldn't believe this was happening to this poor guy.
