Has anyone noticed upgrades clearing on the DOD before control goes to the gate? This has happened to me twice this week, I'm #1 on the upgrade list with maybe 3 seats opened, I get a "seat updated to 3D" push notification about T-5 hours, and then looking at the seat map F is full. Upgrade list on the app shows zero upgrades.

Has anyone noticed upgrades clearing on the DOD before control goes to the gate? This has happened to me twice this week, I'm #1 on the upgrade list with maybe 3 seats opened, I get a "seat updated to 3D" push notification about T-5 hours, and then looking at the seat map F is full. Upgrade list on the app shows zero upgrades.

I flew 12 domestic flights in six weeks, and was #1 for 0 more than a couple times. In toto, I upgraded twice, both times out of Seattle:
6/16 SEA-JFK DL1472
7/12 SEA-ANC DL1957
Granted, I've been in and out of airports with lots of Diamonds, like ATL, SFO and JFK and I'm a mere Plat, but under 17% is a sad statistic. At least SEA-JFK was D1. To add to my first-world misery, I applied a RUC on YVR-JFK months ago and it never cleared, one of those #1 for 0 deals. I didn't count that since it was international. Add it in and it's under 16%!

RDU - BOS, 717, declined C+ right before T-72 (only middles and with companion), 14 and 15 out of 22 for F

Not trying to jinx myself, but I'm currently on a 8 in a row upgrade streak on upgrade eligible delta flights (I also sadly fly a lot of non upgrade eligible flights too...)
