Here's an update on the DCA club beverages and renovations.
1. Sadly, they are not offering Andre Cold Duck; in the alternative, they have complimentary Veuve de Vernay champagne (sells at Total Wine & More for $10.99/bottle) and B&G (Barton & Guestier) Rose (couldn't find a price on this). 2. When I was in the club early Wednesday 5/16/18, the construction crew was working, and they had the door into the former bar/kitchen area open long enough that I could look inside. Other than construction equipment, the space in there was empty, the former bar and kitchen having been removed. I'm not sure how long it will take them to install the new bar and kitchen. |

I was in the club Wednesday afternoon as well. It doesn't look like they are anywhere near done. My guess is going to be late summer before completion. The current setup was like a large holding pen, not so much lounge. There were also two birds loose in the club swooping down on guests and the bartender. No employees seemed to care. Thought that was par for the course.

Here right now. Sadly it looks mostly the same as two weeks ago. I did hear that it is supposed to be done by the end of June or in two weeks depending who you ask here.

New Restrooms Open

The new restrooms are now open. They are at the far end of the hallway at the back of the club formerly blocked off by an emergency alarm door. The men's room is about 3x the size of what they had before. Good job, Delta. |
