On 26SEPT17 Delta changed the MQD AMEX exempt requirements. $25,000 only exempts you to Platinum or lower. $250,000 spend needed across ALL the DL AMEX cards you hold (personal and business in your name) for Diamond exemption for 2019 elite year.

There are many data points that Delta will allow a one time exception under the 2017 qualification rules if you request this for the 2019 Medallion year.

If you accumulate 150,000 MQMs in 2018, but only achieve Platinum status for 2019 because you do not meet the MQD amount for Diamond and do not spend $250,000 on a Skymiles Amex, will you receive 75,000 rollover MQMs for 2019?
I ask because I rolled over 60,000 MQMs into 2018. If I keep putting substantial spend on my Amex cards, I'll go well over 125,000 in MQMs this year too, but I won't come close to making Diamond with the new rules.

Delta has executed the rollover miles for 2018.
I see the counter for the Amex waiver. And there's new wording to reflect the new $250,000 level for Diamond:
But the bar/meter still only goes to $25,000.
I was expecting Delta to either have another bar, or just to recalibrate the scale of this one to get to $250,000.
Anyone hit $250,00 yet? How does it look?
(side note: I don't remember seeing the date in the note before regarding how current the Amex stat is. Nice addition, if it's new.)

3. Delta SkyMiles Credit Card Spend as of JAN 09 2018. Platinum, Gold & Silver MQD Waiver = $25K. Diamond MQD Waiver = $250K.

The date is not new, but mine still shows March 6, 2017! That's when I went over $25,000 last year. I have a couple thousand dollars this year already, but the counter hasn't updated. On the other hand, my January 10 flight activity has posted correctly.
