All cabins feature wifi, USB power, and AVOD at every seat.

Delta One (business/first seats, rows 1-9)
* Features 32 of the new Delta One Suites with lie-flat seats, 22-24" width, and 76-81" length in a 1-2-1 configuration.

Config of the 3-class cabin was…D1/32 seats (rows 1-9)…PS/48 seats (rows 20-25)...MC/226 seats (rows 30-55)…for a total 306 seats. This config was on the first 13 frames (3501-3513) delivered and then subsequently they were updated to the 4-class cabin as detailed below.

Config of the 4-class cabin is...D1/32 seats (rows 1-9)...PS/48 seats (rows 20-25)…C +/36 seats (rows 30-33)…MC/190 seats (rows 34-55)… for a total of 306 seats. Aircraft designation is 359.

Config of the 3-class cabin (ex-LATAM) is…D1/20 seats (rows 1-5)…C +/63 seats (rows 16-22)…MC/246 seats (rows 23-51)…for an total of 339 seats. Aircraft designation is 35L.

New config of the 4-class cabin starting 06/01/24 is…D1/40 seats (rows 1-11)…PS/40 seats (rows 20-24)…C +/36 seats (rows 30-33)…MC/159 seats (rows 34-51) for a total of 275 seats. Aircraft designation is 35H.

mmmmmm, less seats, gotta know that DL is looking at the -1000's now. The last set of -900's that haven't been delivered yet, could get converted to -1000s ??? Now, that takes care of the range issues on their LAX to both SYD and AKL as well as the ATL to JNB routes - especially in the winter times. It's in their cards? Just sayin !!

DL hasn’t said AFAIK whether they will update the 359s first followed by the 35Ls, or vice versa, or a mix of both concurrently. Obviously it depends on not only the supply chain issue, but also where the mods are going to be done… here in the US (ATL/MSP or elsewhere?) vs sending them overseas (CAN/SIN or elsewhere?).

Can anyone confirm whether N506DN ferried from ICN->SIN on December 5 for Mx, or could she be the first ship to have the higher J cabin and other cabin mods done as mentioned above?

Hey guys, for the A350-900 LAX-SYD have I chosen a good seat? It's not clear if 41C has exit-row leg room or just regular eco leg room? Any advice appreciated as this be a lonnng flight in Y.

Comfort+ Bulkhead Question

Just booked a trip from LAX to SYD with the family in Comfort+. Currently, we’re all seated together in row 30DEF at the bulkhead. How is the legroom here compared to other non-Comfort+ seats?

I don't know which A350 configuration it is (359 with PS or 35L without). I assume it's the 359 being TPAC? Either way, it looks like the C+ bulkhead has a ton of legroom.

Edit: you said row 30DEF. Yeah, it's the 359. I need more coffee.

Yup, this is the 359. Thanks for the help! I've really appreciated the Aerolopa maps -- much nicer layout and seems to be illustrated to scale. Have you (or any other readers on here) flown on this bird in the bulkhead? Any thoughts? Pros? Cons? (Flying 14.5 hours seems like a looooong time....)

Love the AeroLOPA seat maps! (The creator has a thread here in the Delta forum somewhere.)

I flew the 359 DTW - PVG, but was in D1. I would expect the legroom in that C+ bulkhead to be great. The seat width won't be quite as good as in PS, but perhaps good enough not to warrant the cost to upgrade.
