So far, it's been 19 days for my outbound and about 12 days since my return. The twitter assist folks told me it would be 14 "business days"........ Guess I'm not there yet and will have to wait some more.

My early March flights posted about a week ago. It ultimately worked without needing to invest time in chasing those points.

Name mismatch on Crossover rewards - how to resolve?
Hi all,
Just noticed a line on my DL.com activity from a recent SPG stay but it said 0 miles and the note said "Name on activity does not match name on account". This error reason makes sense because my name on my Starwood account is my middle name (which I prefer to go by) and my Delta account is my legal name (for TSA reasons), but I didn't realize there would be an issue with posting points
However, I've been fine with getting SPG points for my DL flights so it looks like only Delta is not posting miles for SPG stays.
Has anybody else encountered and is there a way to resolve?

You might try contacting the Starwood Lurker through a PM.

Have you seen any crossover activity on your DL account? If not, I would be suspicious that you didn't register correctly for crossover.

What is your status with SPG? Only SPG Gold and Platinum members get SPG points for flying with Delta. I'm guessing that you aren't due any points at SPG from your DL flights since you only list yourself as an SPG member without being a Gold or Plat level member.

Thanks cottonpatch, good call. I must have missed that while reading the T&C and thought any SPG membership was fine. Guess I should start moving some of my stays over to SPG...

Sorry, but I did not read this thread beyond the first week when it was news.
Tomorrow I drive to Dallas and will be staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. My office is holding their quadrennial conference there and so reservations were made through one of our central offices.
I don't think the Sheraton even has my Sheraton number much less my Delta ff. However, I am going prepared for check-in tomorrow and just wondered if there might be any crossover benefits during this kind of stay (no Sheraton status).

Yes, I am prepared so you don't think they would offer any kind of room upgrade since we are hosting a conference? I suppose space will be a premium although most in our group work at trying to save on hotel expenses.

Any other platinum medallions having trouble getting the 4pm check out? I'm at the W in Miami and they say the latest check out I can get is 2pm. Who should I call?
