Same here.

I'm guessing V35 is "Complains about Gordon's Spirits?"

For me, v15=31, v06=43.

How could discretionary be higher than income?

Never-mind both of these values are way lower than reality.

If this is true, I guess I'm not terribly surprised, I'm a comped DL Plat from AX Centurion, and don't even fly enough for FO, and generally on cheap tickets -- though sometimes expensive coach, and rarely (but sometimes) paid FC.

I think the same is true for me. The numbers are laughable.

V17- MM status

Same here. Looks like we have identified the likely culprit -- v30 seems to be custValSeg.

OK mine reads 2. Does that mean I am low value or what?

Do we know whether it can be a negative number?

I have the exact same values in 26 and 30. Also, if the income and discretionary spend are v15 and v6 then I agree they are way off. I'm just a college student, so all of these values are laughable. I make peanuts and have to pay it all back for school fees and whatnot, for the most part.

And if 30 is customer value, then I'm a good ol' 0, just like everyone else who has posted.

I've got a 20 in field v30. I only fly international BE if that gives any indication of score. They also nailed my income within 2k.

Then it could be, since GRALISTAIR reported 37 segments and high milage due to frequent TATL, and that merited a 2. I can see how exclusively international BE can garner a high customer value. I just find it (sadly) humorous that so many of us are a big fat zero...

My v30 is "10" and my v26 is "1." What do we think these indicate? My income and discretionary spending are way off though.

And any ideas about v1 and v24? I have lettered codes seemingly that must relate to something.

V25 for me is IKBL,NORT so if we believe this to be stored credit cards, I am almost certain I have only got 1 credit card stored on DL.com and that is a North American issued DL Platinum Amex. So that would mean that IKBL,NORT means DL Plat Amex, USA Bank issued.
