No photo but yesterday SEA-PSP on a CRJ 700 a man boarded and asked the very friendly FA at the door where he would retrieve his pink tagged bag. I was in row 2 and heard the exchange. She replied at the gate in PSP. He loudly said "my blow up doll is in there so you need to take good care of her". She rolled her eyes and said "it will be fine." As he walked back to Comfort+ he replied "it's a she". The woman behind me was appalled. To make matters worse for everyone he cleared a UG after boarding and then sat and drank in row 1. Felt bad for the FA, he was a total creep.

But I'm also curious: is there any sort of policy anywhere about having the sound on while watching a movie/playing a game? I suppose he has the freedom (perhaps not the right) to watch and listen to whatever he wants, but it still seemed pretty inconsiderate of the other passengers.
It's inconsiderate, this kind of behavior. I would have first addressed the offending PAX as politely as possible and then escalated the matter to the FA if necessary.
