This is interesting.....
Last week wi-fi and IFE out the entire flight and on way back no PTV's as equipment change.
Sent two notes to CC. My dad no status and 1st flight in years gets a email back within 25min and get 3700. I havn't received a email back yet and it it's been 3 days.......haha

I was planning on doing some work on the plane on the way down, which costed me about spending two hrs in my hotel room the next day.
10K miles sounds fair to me. We will see.
Not going to email in again. Delta takes good care of me overall!

3500 miles for aircraft swap putting me in a middle seat from a window.
Didn't mind this, my frustration was that it was a domestic flight with intl EC and after the GA processed 8 gate upgrades for 3 DMs + 5 PMs, she gave the newly available EC aisle and window seats to non-status pax without seat assignments. I mentioned to her that those should be given to elites in the back who didn't clear upgrades and wrote in to DL to ask what the protocol is, especially given that domestic EC is coming soon.

Emailed Delta asking about upgrade procedures (should GAs upgrade already boarded pax or does boarding mean you forfeit your upgrade queue position?) and received a canned answer and a $50 voucher

15,000 SkyPesos each for my traveling companion (no status) and I (PM) for non-functional in-seat power on the 767 ATL-LAS.
Also didn't work LAS-ATL on the 757 and I'm still waiting to hear back from DL on that TTU.
We were in paid FC (AMEX companion cert used for the non-status companion) FWIW.

Heard back on my LAS-ATL TTU for no in-seat power... $100 voucher for that one. Wasn't with my companion (I VDBed to the next flight) so I don't know if his worked or not -- or, if he even tried given that we were returning from his bachelor party in LAS...

MSP-SDF, 7:15am flight delayed 3 times then canceled. Rebooked on 5pm SDF-ATL-MSP, that was oversold out of SDF so I took the $300 to try the MSP-SDF the next day. Got 25K miles without asking, just notified with a letter in the mail.
