Due to a lightning ramp closure at my origin, I had a highly delayed pushback and now have a 6 minute connection at ATL between C and B. I've pinged the twitter team and they will "see what they can do". Fingers crossed.

I've had flights arriving in ATL end up with gate changes when my flight was late and would have a tight connection. I'd send a tweet and ask if they can provide any help... whether by luck or actual operational assistance, we arrived just a few gates down from my connection.
Had a porsche waiting a few months ago when I had 10 minutes to get from the end of terminal A to end of B in ATL. Would not have made it even if I ran so the car was greatly appreciated.

I just had my first Porsche ride ever with DL’s service in DTW. STL-DTW took a 30 minute delay waiting on a part to ship to DTW which cut the connection time for DTW-BUF to 10 minutes (departure, not boarding). My two coworkers and I are on a time sensitive wheels down in BUF. The Twitter folks made the request for all three of us and a Cayenne was waiting when we arrived. What a treat!

First time Porsche experience
Just arrived in JFK - T2, and was met in the jet bridge for a Porsche ride to T-4. Vey nice experience for us especially as this flight also got me to million miler status. Very pleasant surprise.

Porsche Transfers
Out of curiosity which airports have the Porsche transfers available? I know ATL is one, but not sure where else this option is available?

I believe at each hub Porsche drivers get a list of DM/360 members with their respective flight numbers and then its upto the drivers unless a specific pickup is asked for by Flight Ops.

I've been DM since the beginning but have only had one Porsche ride - from the old JFK T2 RJ maze to T4 and the connection was about 2 hours. Haven't gotten a ride on tight connections ever. Not sure if connection time means anythings -- maybe of too tight you don't get a ride because that would make DL responsible if you missed it.

Second time I had a ~2 hour layover at LAX and arrived early even and it was just a ride between terminals. It was about 10 days before I dropped back down to PM from DM.
I was hoping I’d get it in Atlanta about 1 year ago due to a tight connection and we didn’t get the Porsche but it turned our connection was also delayed (hadn’t even started boarding yet when we got to the gate) so it didn’t matter that we didn’t get it.
