I both put my name on the attendee list and volunteered some time ago, and I don't appear on either list.

I count at least a dozen FlyerTalk members who attended the event last year that are part of the list of 60 attendees, not counting the volunteers from last year.
In all fairness, is there any of the potential 60 attendees for the event this year who attended last year who would be kind enough to trade their place with someone on the wait list who has not attended the event last year?
If so, please let me know so that I can give those FlyerTalk members who have not experienced this event yet a chance.

Please count me in likely with one guest. I'm available other than during the VIE DO weekend of Sept 17. Since I attended last year, I can give up my place at the RWT - I realize that space is limited. Canarsie, I will PM you volunteering where I can be helpful.

As the dates and the schedule become definite, and as some FlyerTalk members may cancel before committing to the event, time slots should open up for those on the wait list.
