I was willing to stay in the room -- water was dripping onto the carpet by the sink & door -- but they said I 'had' to move! It was a bit of PITA, as I was at a conference & didn't really appreciate having to haul back during lunch to move rooms -- I had to explain how I was 'inconvenienced' & was offered the 5K pts!^

I liked the bed. Again, this may well be indicative of why I'm going to Costco later today to look at replacement beds ...

Yeah, although I am paying for this one. FD clerk tried to remember my name, and she remembered that I am the guy who likes getting points. ^

We are going to condo tomorrow. I can feel for your Colorado place experience. I had to rebuild my place in PSP when I had a pipe burst. :(

During FFN, with a decent rate, and Costco certs, why not? :D

We're sure it will look fantastic and you will indeed be relieved once it's done. I'm deferring all minor/major renovations until the summer (when my teaching load will be low).

This is our worst rate of the year, believe it or not. I wanted to get an early start tomorrow, and this buys us an extra hour + of sleep.

Very important -- I passed through my 1,000th Box post!

had the gel filled glass that moved and changed from green to blue in the floor there?

All my aloft experiences have been late arrivals and 6am departures or earlier so I can't really say anything about the experience.

Tomorrow's my worst rate of the year - $80 and only 1,500 bonus points (G1 plus diamond) but I will find a good use for the FFN. I'm also staying at a Hilton in four weeks to give myself 2 hours more sleep in conjunction with a conference presentation.

I agree on the bed, it was way too hard. and the bedding was noticeably worse than a W or Westin :D Then again price....

I remembered that you mentioned about your condo in PSP & the pipe bursting. I am going out for a quick trip to COS at the end of the month! At least the airfare is reasonable ~$200 RT -- plus I'm bringing a friend who's good at mechanical stuff -- to take a look at everything, so I don't have any more surprises!

I can say something, I really like the bowl sinks, and hate the warehouse showers.
