Why am I dreading a TATL J flight? "Security" "procedures".

If you get the opportunity (and have the time) for a bump, the GA can manufacture an A15 for the next flight - I found that out when I took the bump after Hockey Do. Olton Hall might be surprised again to note that was just two weeks ago.

thanks much for the tip. Will keep in mind for next time :).

In other news, Browns are winning. Yeah it's only the Raiders but BROWNS are WINNING :).

So I received my passport renewal. Only took three weeks from time I sent in, not too shabby of a turnaround.

I did not get my old passport back :(. I thought that was returned to you with the pages marked void or something like that? Or have I just crawled out from under a rock and missed something....

I simply let the GA know that I needed a Business Select number in order to make the connecting flight in BWI.

They have won three in a row! In other news, bacon has been cleared to land on 27L.

I am very happy that I will not be traveling outside the US until February. I hope this nonsense will have died down by then.

State Department says they are usually two separate mailings.

I hope it's calmed down by then as well but there are at least four Boxers abroad at the moment - we'll probably cope with the profound  for the good of the order.

+1 in hoping it calms down. Winter is good MR season.

This sub-2euro bottle of wine has no distinguishing characteristics or notes aside from having an alcohol content. I've had bad bottles of wine where I could find interesting hints but not so today. The bottle's not bad it's just a void.

ROFL, there are laws against that by the way. Your comments are pure gold, keep it up. ^^^^^

Laws against what, drinking bubbly or possessing a big black "disco stick"? If so, lock me up and throw away the key since I just can't do without either....

Not really. On the IAH-NRT leg of my recent SEA-NRT mileage run, it HONESTLY looked like somewhat had let go a load on the 777's bulkhead on a prior flight. Myself and 2 other FT MRers noticed it immediately upon taking our seats in the first row of BF. I kid you not.

Urban Meyer isn't officially retiring - now it's a leave of absence.

but deploying the disco stick in public can get you into trouble.

Greetings from the IAH E PClub. Had to get a desk on the 3rd floor, all the second floor ones were full. Surprisingly, the airport isn't really that packed with people.
