A big pot of chili is simmering away now. I made too much. I made a lot less than I use to make for the super bowl and my pot is full for some reason. A note to anyone, cheap store brand chili powder is just that, cheap and flavorless. On plus side I used two cans (3 total) of Jersey Fresh crushed tomatoes and they have a nice New Jersey Tomato taste.

Problem now, I'm hungry and it's over an hour away from being ready to eat.

I official have heat again in my house. Been two weeks into the cold season here before I have had good heat. Hopefully I wont need it too much over the coming weeks but then again it is winter season here so that wont be the case. Central Heat GOOD!! :cool:

Well folks, after a rather interesting day in here, I must go home. This morning, I had no intention of hanging out here and posting almost 50 times (yikes :rolleyes: !). Now I must leave work, buy hard liquor and eggs on the way home and hopefully will be back a bit later.

I have to get dinner tonight since I successfully emptied out my fridge last night.

Leaning toward donating some boxes of pasta to a local food shelter which in turn gets me a free pizza tonight.
