With Wachovia, all I needed was the name of the company and my account number. My paper statements go to:

Any luck on the job hunt or are you going to take it easy through the holidays?

I actually just received a request for an interview after the New Year. :-: In the mean time, I'm going to continue hunting through the holidays while keeping my expectations low with everyone taking vacation. How about you? Any luck recently?

Minor correction to my previous post. The elected folk aren't worthless. The are just ignorant. But they are ignorant of the ignorance. It compounds quite badly.

I know you don't know what you pretend to know?

No luck. Another reject e-mail today but that was because the project fell through. They'll keep me on the top of the list if something shakes loose. About 20 minutes later a recruiter called me and we'll see how that one goes. I have low expectations.

Actually right now is a good time to look. Most people stop looking so your odds of getting noticed now improve a lot so you are way ahead of the game when they regroup in the new year.

Of course Christi wants to kill the volunteer program I do stuff with on a weekly basis at LWD because he has something against unemployed professionals, almost all in the 6 figure camp, trying to work together and find jobs.

But do not forget that every $100 you might lose is really $150. :)

Good point, there is never a good time to take a break on a job search. It really turns in to a full time job of its own...

Sorry to hear about your recent rejection. :( At least they're keeping you at the top of the list - you never know what might come up after the new year - best of luck!

The Fog Horn should be sounding about now, if my town had one.

Lots of ground fog forming. This doesn't happen to often in my neck of the Bay. Glad I'm not at work or have the need to drive anywhere.
