This is where I wish my memory was better with old age. :D

I know for a fact that the seat map filled up from half empty to full the next day. I was checking (I wanted an empty next to me) on a regular basis.

I can't remember if no seats to sell - I don't remember specifically checking. But the seat map shouldn't indicate seats for sale, right?

The gentleman across the isle, who I had a nice FF discussion with, indicated his coworker was trying to get a seat on the plane (Y, I think) but there wasn't much left and that individual routed back through Guam.

Good way to start my NRT trip ^^

speaking of which, currently in seat 2A on the Looooooooong part.
Is that a decent seat? I kinda prefer a window
CO7 is showing around 23/50 spoken for

I prefer the bulk head myself. no one in front of you leaning into you. Of course watch out for the new plane too as the outside seats will be harder to get in and out of

Maybe it won't fill up and I can haz row to myself-not that way right now

You may try calling in and asking for the bulkhead as they are sometimes saved for handicap but you can get them early sometimes.

I actually just received a request for an interview after the New Year. :-:

Thanks for the AmEx payment address. I'm sure Chase has a 1 day pay option with them. Was that for the SPG card?

? What kind of job are you looking for. I know a few people who are currently hiring (not for engineers. Sorry Olton.)

Yes, that was for the SPG AMEX. Hope it works out for you!

I'm looking for an IT Project Manager position. Most of my project experience has been with web development and Internet compliance but I'm flexible on the type of IT projects a new job would have me managing.

ConciergeMike Dec 16, 2009 7:47 pm

Ahoy, Box. After 14 pages of , I am indeed caught up.

I don't think there are too many left anymore, honestly. I can't think of anyone who writes completely free of a consistent agenda.

I met an awesome "ginger" today - Runway Girl. She's 6' tall and showed up in 4" heels. I love it. The part where she is awesome on top of that is a bonus. :D

Awesome; the good kind.

Thank you for turning me on to Shiner; I much enjoyed it at Do IV. Shiner is the only good reason to go to Chili's. It seems that even their stores up here stock it.

Ahh, Atlantic Palace. Didn't know they had a timeshare gig going on. You will be about four blocks from the recent Boardwalk arson scene, and your closest casino will most likely be Bally's or Trump Taj.

But indeed I did. I can't tell the newbies to start from Page 1 and not adhere to my own directive.

Just started watching "Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag".

Fighters + Blu-ray + DTS-HD audio = amazing! ^

You can see my old job in that film. I used to play with the machine that the bombs were being assembled on. There is a competition within the Air Force among Munitions Squadrons around the world to get the apparatus built and functioning in the shortest time combined with fewest errors in executing a predetermined "frag" (order sheet of bomb configurations). A squadron in Europe got that thing up and running in seven minutes. Used to take our guys over an hour.

My two AmExes have an FLL address.

In other news, do any of our denizens, regulars, lurkers, friends or relatives of those categories have any designer dog experience? My other half is looking for recommendations on maltipoo breeders. She is sitting here, so she will know if I don't ask.

Evening, Box. I see everyone went posty-post nuts today.

I'm acutely aware but I also get the nice bonus this month due to the size of one of my upper-level courses.

Doesn't seem to be so bad. And they are even going to give me another $80 to tell them "no" again. ;) That will cover my tolls and gas on the routing outbound.

icurhere2 Dec 16, 2009 7:53 pm

Oh - I did decide to do the more northerly routing from my home to ACY, stopping in CMH overnight. The deciding factors?

A. The ability to get paid to do a secret shop at a gas station, and
B. Inexpensive Hyatt stay with point bonuses ^
