Boxers -- how do you "ignore" a poster (so you can't see what they post)?

Click their name, view public profile, then on top of that at header it says 'User Lists' click that and add to 'ignore' list.

Click on "My Flyer Talk" at the top of the page. Click on "Edit Ignore List" on the left bar. Add name to list.

Did you catch my idea yesterday about taking those cheese and bacon stuffed biscuits back to HQ? :-:

I try and use that button sparingly. Last time I pressed it I got a bad cup of Dunkin'.

I'd tell you, but you wouldn't be able to see what I said.

I don't need to "ignore you" to ignore you. I just don't go into Coupon Connection. :D

This does not sound like the Publix that I know and I live near three down in PBI when I am home in Florida =)

Publix is one of the best supermarket companies around if you are not particularly price sensitive. Since we don't cook, I go in there most days to get some prepared food and baked goods along with the usual everyday stuff.

Right now, a Publix not far from my house has a Sushi Chef on staff so we have turned to having his fish a couple of times a week. I am guessing that he turns out the sushi for a number of stores around here and the store that he is in gets the stuff first. It is not really top of the line sushi but it certainly is acceptable, carefully made and quite reasonably priced.

This is key. As you are in (I believe) small claims court, any judgment over the jurisdictional limits of the court would be void and unenforceable. :-:

I know. And I'm not sure that I can truly adjust my claim. On the paper work they give me it says that I can ask for "application" to the court during the calendar call. I would do it then and see what happens. I'm not sure if I'd have to re-file from scratch or not. But it seems worth trying. Worst that can happen is that they say no.

There's a difference between good faith and a showing of good cause. All actions performed before the Court must be done in good faith. If you really wanted to screw with her, you could have asked on what good faith basis she sought the continuance. She probably would have come up with something, but again, the look on the face would have been priceless.

She claimed that she was just subbing in for someone. I could have likely made the claim that the large law firm certainly has the resources to actually have more than one person available for such a simple claim but I decliend. The Clerk also made it pretty clear that each party gets one postponement no matter what. I wasn't going to fight it too hard. He did smirk a bit when she suggested March and was more than willing to offer up dates earlier.

In retrospect the other thing I should have done was request to switch it to night court rather than day time. That would certainly be entertaining for the attorneys.

Some might but NYC does not. There were several attorneys in the room this morning.

Publix is OK, but it's no Wegmans. :-:
