don't some small claims courts prohibit atty representation?
I had this grin on the whole time during mediation and only paid what was originally owed which I would have paid anyway had plaintiff just made an effort to contact me in the first place. |

I prefer canned tomatoes for chili and stew. The Kroger "Mexican Style" canned tomato halves (with chillies) are excellent. Also helps to add a can of Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes and chillies.
and oh yea, the tomato I bought was particularly mushy, reminded me of whole stewed tomato in a can without all the outer juice, it was certainly juicy inside. I got these on purpose, not eating a sandwich, so it is perfect. I enjoy fresh tomato. I plan on making one more soup before I leave, and I wanted some crushed tomato for it, I got desperate and just bought a can of campbells condensed tomato soup. |

I was lost in this new publix(new to me) I could not find anything but beans, peas, corn, no tomato products there! I found some tomato sauce but no nearby diced/stewed/crushed tomaters! maybe they were just out, the shelves were quite bare and stockers at work. I put no sugar added ketchup in for that extra bam that canned tomato gives. I had no choice.

Yep, that was me. I need to do a better job of introducing myself and meeting people so that I can remember faces and names. I tend to keep to myself because I scare people that don't know me.

Turns out someone did show up. They immediately requested a postponement of 3 months. We "agreed" on 6 weeks. Back in court at the end of January.

Boxers -- how do you "ignore" a poster (so you can't see what they post)?
