I prefer canned tomatoes for chili and stew. The Kroger "Mexican Style" canned tomato halves (with chillies) are excellent. Also helps to add a can of Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes and chillies.

don't some small claims courts prohibit atty representation?

That's an affirmative. I was once taken to small claims due to a small business matter. The plaintiff had her daughter do the speaking citing poor English. Daughter proceeded to spew out legal mumbo jumbo. I turned around and looked at her and gave her a raised eyebrow. Judge started to work on something else and she sarcastically said "are you listening?" Judge says "no attorneys are allowed." She says "I'm not an attorney." Judge says "then you're a law student. I'm sending this case for mediation."

I had this grin on the whole time during mediation and only paid what was originally owed which I would have paid anyway had plaintiff just made an effort to contact me in the first place.

I was lost in this new publix(new to me) I could not find anything but beans, peas, corn, no tomato products there! I found some tomato sauce but no nearby diced/stewed/crushed tomaters! maybe they were just out, the shelves were quite bare and stockers at work. I put no sugar added ketchup in for that extra bam that canned tomato gives. I had no choice.

and oh yea, the tomato I bought was particularly mushy, reminded me of whole stewed tomato in a can without all the outer juice, it was certainly juicy inside. I got these on purpose, not eating a sandwich, so it is perfect. I enjoy fresh tomato.

I plan on making one more soup before I leave, and I wanted some crushed tomato for it, I got desperate and just bought a can of campbells condensed tomato soup.

I generally like Publix, not bad mouthing them, but they had a severe lack of signage due to decorations covering them up. Staff went overboard with paper products hanging.

They also had no staff to sack the groceries, I was sacking my own, felt like I was in U Sac It and Save or something.

Out of those too, I was there at 8pm and hungry no food all day except a shortbread cookie package from a P club that I had in my laptop bag. It was a healthy late lunch

I really should get the other version of that Box Brunch photo w/ the name to the people in the photo. Many have seen it but others have not.

A couple of things come to mind. One they weren't prepared for this. Two they may think you have a case and are trying to scare you. And/or three, they don't want the bad press now as they can google your name and notice that your name shows up in some important news outlets and those reporters can be alerted to the situation putting them in less than favorable light.

Boxers -- how do you "ignore" a poster (so you can't see what they post)?
