Food, at least occasionally.

I looked in the fridge last night and had some godiva in bottle form that I had picked up for a couple bucks on sale, I had never tasted it before last night. Tasty stuff, would be really good in some foods or drinks.

That is why you get upgrades and use miles, to actually eat. :) this is just a lousy comeback because I forgot something so obvious, and a big topic here at times!

Last night found me on the asia side of IST in an euro techno club with 20 year old girls.

Chalk up another win for :rollpuck:

I'm now on the return portion of ORD-GEG. If your GEG flight gets delayed (like mine did), we may cross paths in PHX.

I can do rum in certain situations...usually on a party boat and that's about it. When all else fails, the occasional light white wine will be seen in my hand. Preferably pinot grigio. I'm not big on strong booze taste, as I much prefer strong food taste.

They key is trying the right Bourbon, and, if you're a beginner, mixed the right way. A well-crafted whiskey sour may be just what the  ordered. Jim Beam isn't proper Bourbon, IMO. Jefferson's Reserve, OTOH...

Considering the nature of the forum and the frequent discussion of food, it seems as if airplane food rarely comes up as a subject for conversation in here. Restaurants are another matter.

Does the HGI near GEG have a permanent room set up for you yet? :)
