Just got up from a nap. Now off to the fitness center.

To be honest, I would prob still take the CO nonstop back to EWR if that was an option.

ETA: I guess I am going to have to step it up with the coins to my SPG amex card.

Assuming the inventory is still there on October 27 you should be able to book this using your CO points, too.

I just transferred 63k miles to ANA today via the Amex website. HOw long does it usually take for the miles to credit to the ANA account - any idea?

There is availability on VS1 and VS2 that I want to snag for Mr.Brit, but I can't book them until the miles are in the account.

I am not sure but I would guess it would a few days, maybe 3-5???

Yes, but I need those miles for a RTW ticket. @:-)

I think I will do two txfr's to ANA from SPG and issue the ticket for myself.

My condolences on the trip to RNO. And I think I interpreted "on my way to Tahoe" as requiring another flight (yeah, yeah, I know about assumptions). Look what FT has done to me.

I should take three week breaks at least once a year. Eating lunch (Budget Gourmet and afternoon tea) at 2:45 p.m. :D

You would be beyond mad in Hong Kong or most places in Asia. The rule of thumb there is to see who can stand at the door and push their way out first before the crowds start pushing their way in. I think you would have fun pushing people aside in Hong Kong. I know I did. :)

Warning:

Do not post outside The Box in the jumpseater thread. There are 3 CO employees throwing mud at each other. :D

I had great fun with this principle when we were there last month. They certainly get thrown for a loop when someone my size is on the other side of the door. Yes, people DO bounce. :D

Flying upstairs is like sitting in a closet. I've been on both CO and UA's old 747s and it wasn't anything special. The galley is in plain view, between the stairs and the cockpit/bathroom. 4 rows of seats.

Awww....but they are so cute getting mad at each other like that. I love the pilot going after the FA thinking that they are a non-employee. It is fun to watch such idiocy play out. :D

I admit I shoved a large number of people out of my way. Nothing like watching that pretty Asian office lady get tossed on her a$$ by thinking that she was going to get in before I got off. :D
