Good news for tomorrow's flight. I kept checking, and finally an exit row window seat opened up. It's now mine.
Flight is overbooked as well, but odds are I won't take a bump. Odds are they'll try to just reroute me on a nonstop flight to IAH, and I'd much rather do the ATL-DTW-IAH routing I originally booked to grab one more DC-9 in F. |

My pet peeve is when the person taking my order at Burger King interrupts me to ask if I would like cheese on that. The least they could do is wait til I'm done to ask if I would like cheese. If I'm having the order my way right away, I will order the damn burger my way. I've been in a bad mood and been interrupted at a drive thru only to just drive away after screaming at the voice in the box. I might have unresolved anger. |

I have my first appointment tomorrow. Haven't tried to fix the loose screws for a variety of reasons, and I found a free service that is in part subsidized by grants and a local church. The church pays part of the bill but does not attach dogma to the therapy, which is why I chose to do it.

Plus1! My mother was very pleased that when she dropped BL JR off/picked her up the past few days BL JR introduced her to the new ladies her helped her (the teachers at the pick up/drop off line). My mom said she always knew whom she had not been introduced to. She would always say "I'd like you to meet my grandma. Grandma, this is such and such". Now she should have introduced grandma first and sometimes she did (we're working on that) but at least she did introductions!
She sounds like a delightful young lady, and you should be very proud of her.

I am sitting here trying to decide whether to pull the trigger and transfer 63,000 amex points to ANA, so that I can attempt to get Mr.Brit a VS UC ticket to LHR in December. It would be a surprise ticket for him to visit his parents.
decisions, decisions. I only see availability on the VS website for the 08:00 departure from EWR (bleugh, day flight), but the ana website has the 21:25pm flight listed. If I choose that flight and there is no availability, do they come back and let me choose the 0800 fight? Hmmmm. Maybe I'll pull the trigger tomorrow. I'd like to surprise him with the ticket on his birthay, which is in 2 weeks. |
