I'm afraid to get on a scale after this weekend. Food, beer, beer, beer. Yes I do know civil engineers that drink like the box.

I don't want to hear the truth either, but I could stand to lose about 40 pounds

It really hit home when a friend told me I have a "Buddha's Belly" :-:

Yes, but most of us in da 'Box are capable of behaving well in public when we need or want to do so!

The Coors Light was a result of last week's rebate ;)

I should loss 40 too. I'm stuck at a plateau weight. I think my body likes being here but I don't like it being here.

Sigh, not a good weekend for me in Vegas. Should've gone on an MR instead.

That's usually what I do

JK of course!

I'm in the same boat. Of course trying a new buffet at the M Resort did not help one bit.

I would like to get down to 190 again. That's what I was a few years ago and I think that is a good weight for my height/size. If I can, my wardrobe would instantly double

Operation: Get my fat a$$ in shape will start tomorrow :-:

You know that if I do, it will be my last day at work. Some days it is quite tempting. :D As much as we might complain about New Yorkers atleast they can deal with straight talking.

I once said to a customer "If we were a non profit organization, we'd be happy to do that. Since we aren't; unfortunately, we can't". It's the nicest way I've said fu ;)

Going from 223 to just over 200 helped me in that regard.

Because women are b!tches are to women

I looked in a box in my closet the other week and found 3 pair of Levi jeans that now fit again. Saved me from a shopping trip. Ok the pair of 33 waist jeans I donated as I know if I starved myself to near death they wouldn't fit.
