Anyone have any experience dealing with mail order beer of the month clubs? We'd like to give a membership as a gift to someone, but are having a hard time finding review or anything about the ones that out there that's really objective.

My fiancee's sisters are consultants? Wow, that ties up a lot of loose ends.

Exactly, especially given that VS UC east coast - Europe is 63k NH miles.

I think I will have to order some more dollar coins with my starwood amex :D:D

One of them cracks me up. She's got the whiniest, most nasal voice of anyone I know. Yet every time she starts to talk on one of these calls she starts what she's saying with "This is insert her name…" It's pretty obvious who she is. Thank God nobody else sounds like her.

Most of the people on this call are male.

It's expensive, but I hear the ALCO Beer of the Month Club is the best one to join. If you select the ALCO Beer Platinum package, ALCO flies the beer to the recipient him/herself.

Crap. I just yawned out of total boredom with this phone call, and wasn't on mute. I know people heard me. There was an audible pause in the conversation afterward.

Hope they don't figure out who it was.

Great weekend here. Comfortable during the day, and a bit chilly at night. Good sleeping weather. :-:

Complaint Fail.

Personally I hate weather that is high humidity but not hot (or cool) above all else. I end up waffling a bit on the A/C a bit before I end up turning it on when it's 70 out to dehumidify the inside. :td::td:

I got one as a gift 7 years ago, so I don't know how relevant my comments will be, but I enjoyed it. The beer arrived on time and I got 12 beers in a delivery (two 6 packs). With the beer you got a little pamphlet talking the beers up a little bit. :-:

I'll have to pass on that one. I believe mileage runs on UA/US Q-ups to acquire massive quantities of BD miles while making the deliveries are a bit out of our budget right now.

Plus, the shipment may not make it to its destination intact and unopened ;)
