FT Search cannot distinguish between awesome, Awesome, and Awesome™. Just in case you were wondering.

Search this thread for "milestone" with your username.

Found it. :-: (at least through 55K)

Nice. That is the most recent iteration of the list. You will turn out to be a fine Boxer indeed. :D

I believe Awesome™ was coined in response to my purchase of a six segment Y-up itinerary on US/UA via PHL, CLT, DFW, ORD, and CLT (again) to get from ATL to IAH and back for Thanksgiving last year.

Props to Steph3n for recommending CraftSteak at MGM Grand for my fine dining credit. An unbelievable quantity of high-quality food on the summer tasting menu ($60 per person before $50 per person credit).

I didn't recommend this one :D I don't know dining in LAS too well. I did post about that time however....
I'd spend all my time in the freezer room at red Square :D

As I tried to tell those inexorable morons, making products is not at all like selling services. And it would be some feat to make a product without an engineering staff.

Standard severance package form these days about the sue stuff. Now do the morons in charge work for Dilberts company? (remind me some day to mention the cartoon idea we submittted at one company and it became an actual Dilbert cartoon)

This is me reminding you to tell the story. :D

Any of you knowledgeable about Santa Fe, NM? We're headed there for a weekend in a few weeks, and I'm very underwhelmed by the hotel choices. I've been there several times, but only once as an adult, and that was for work almost four years ago. I did the Hampton Inn then, and it was fine, but was hoping for something a little nicer this time.

I'm also trying to find us a nice place for dinner Saturday night. We'll be arriving late Friday, and leaving Sunday afternoon, so Saturday night will be our only chance for a nice dinner. I was hoping to find a good Southwestern/New Mexican place.

Well since you asked. We had this one admin who would send out the whole office e-mails. She loved to cut and paste to create these e-mails, well maybe paste more than cut so we would get gems of complete gibberish and your head would start to spin wildly just trying to figure out what it said, even when you had a clue what it was about. After we'd get them, we would forward the e-mails to the hundred or so former co-workers and friends so they could have a laugh a the latest from Lizilla. The Dilbert cartoon was about that but with the added twist of someone asking "You have friends?" in the final frame.

I was going to check Zagat for you, but apparently all 61 Zagat entries in Santa Fe have no scores on them.

Someone took that to Scott Adams and he drew it from your suggestions? That's really cool.

Yep. He even got a form letter saying the idea was being used. We were certain several from the earlier days of Dilbert were about our company too. Just way to simular to some bizarre events that happened in that company.

Congrats Rolov!

We just returned from dinner. Tonight was Flip, Richard Blaise's burger pub here in Atlanta. Food was excellent — upscale burgers, great sides, and incredible milkshakes. I opted for the bacon cheddar burger (topped with the best bacon I've ever tasted, homemade pickles, and a wonderful sauce), fries (served with homemade mayo and ketchup), and a spicy chocolate mole shake. My partner had the Kobe burger, onion rings, and a foie gras shake. Yes, foie gras, in a milkshake. It was actually really good. And we split an order of sweet potato tater tots. I'm stuffed!

I have actually been meaning to try that place.
