Have a great weekend everyone. I'm breaking in a couple of new runners this weekend, simple transcons to BOS.

You'll have to find a funny text from last night for that to happen.

It's hard to find those. It's very difficult to text with mittens on.

I still can't stand the rap-crap stuff and thank god only my daughter listens to that. My son's taste in music is easier on my ears. I've actually started to listen to the current stuff, like John Legend and I like it.

The staff in the TPA club is great, or at least they were the last time I was there (two years ago, before I gave up my US club membership).

They also had a decent Tampa microbrew at the bar, if you don't mind paying.

I'm not sure whether the anti-capri bias would persuade or dissuade me from wearing them when I finally make it to a Do.;)

I checked textsfromlastnight.com just after reading this and the first text was ... a complaint about seeing a man wearing capri pants. The Box has mysterious powers.

Even the Central/South American brews have distinct flavors that make them different.

^^

G'morning all.

Me

En Mexico, Corona is served to the field hands because its cheap. Some clever marketer decided to import it to the States and spent enough money on advertising & promotions to make it trendy.

That, as pointed out above, does not make it beer.

Evening, all.

I will have to find the "War on Algebra" article (since deleted from Wikipedia) that I had a hand in.

Sounds like par for this course.

Shocking Truth: J.Edward is actually pleased with the decor & offerings.:eek:

I guess that's one way to not completely tick off high-revenue travelers (as the rest of their "service" often does).

And back on the bad list they go. And I've had one experience where I left the club to sit on the concourse ...

I would see a dollar a drink in the server's future.

I'll be down there in 3 weeks myself. I will beat up tenants and their daughters for upgrades. :D:p:rolleyes:

 If it doesn't get better 15% would be too much.

They should show up in the "My Earned Rewards" section of the SPG site and they are only able to be redeemed by phone.

Try a lambic. That has a pretty good chance of meeting your desires for higher alcohol content and a bit of fruit flavor.

Making an informed decision based on known likes/dislikes is way more useful than randomly picking bottles off the shelf and hoping for the best.

And I'm always in favor of an appropriate food pairing as well.^

They should be in your SPG profile under 'My Earned Rewards' & then apparently, you need to call to book the free night. (I have one free night so far, but haven't booked it yet).^

The Yankees just beat the Mets with a walk off pop up. Definitely the first time I have seen that...
