Which will have more pomp and circumstance - your Plating Ceremony or your Wedding Ceremony?

Most importantly, what was beer #200????

Okay then, I vote for a daily "self absorbed schmuck" thread. They're entertaining.
Some folks just seem to get their undies all twisted up too easily. Maybe they should look for a career with less travel/stress.

Flew them once. On the outbound the "plane was not available" so they chartered a Cessna instead. That was interesting.

CO Insider - in the midst of denying that it would ever happen - said that it would be EUA'able if it ever did. I assume that it will be.

Just discovered that, despite the Elite Desk rep telling me otherwise, we were booked into coach for MEX-GRU for my X-Mas redemptions. There isn't any J availability on MEX-GRU (or any other -GRU SkyTeam route) for those dates.

You may also want to look at revenue tickets to GRU/GIG/EZE. There are some ridiculous fares (ie: ~$500 from NYC) to them through Decemeber.

Anyone ever try to move an entire iTunes library from one PC to another?

Yes:

1) Use iTunes to put all your music on your iPod.
2) Delete iTunes
3) Install WinAmp
4) Use WinAmp to get all your music off your iPod.
5) Repeat step 4 as necessary on other computers.
6) Use WinAmp to manage all your music on your PC, iPod, et al.

Did I mention WinAmp is free?

I don't actually have an iPod - if you imagine that. I just use my home PC for iTunes and own a killer pair of high end wireless headphones. I'm just trying to prevent severe music withdrawal and over-Frenchification in Paris all next month and my laptop has never even had iTunes installed.

My laptop is my "clean" PC used for presentations and autocad or graphics processing on the fly. But in Paris it needs to become my home base so i can work while abroad.

Oo, i love forensic architecture. It's totally boring 99% of the time, like hairline cracks on the sides of buildings measured in millimeters over weeks.. but sometimes you get some cool stuff. Had a friend who did it for a living, he was telling me once all about a test/construction/simulator site for - i believe - Boeing and the drainage systems on the roof failed during a storm and the water built up and the roof collapsed into the simulator area and the force of the water pancaked the interior walls of the building outward so when they got there it was a big open expanse as if a bomb went off in the middle.

Turns out the contractor used pipe/drains with a smaller radius then specified by the drawings. Sad day :(
