IIRC it is around 10 or so.

I'd prefer a connection, but it could certainly be worse.

Too bad we do not get miles on VS for their LGW flights as I am sure SRB will drop prices to the basement.

Not necessarily, no. Aero Pandy runs a satellite operation out of MAD.

I was going to operate SIN-MAD and opted for SYD-LAX.

Ahhhh....I'm glad that thread made it into the Box (though I wasn't going to bring it). Just remember, my advice is worthless and inappropriate.

Anyone else a bit surprised that BA is starting the LHR-LAS route? I know there is a lot of convention business, but this is one of the lowest yielding destinations on the planet.....

I am surprised, too. This article says VS is getting 92% LF on LAS-LGW:

That seems like an obnoxiously long flight. How many hours is that?

9h 45m eastbound and 11h 50m westbound

Monday Pint Night at Teh Saucer. $2.50 for almost all pints. This Brooklyn Summer Lager has me one beer closer to 200 (2 more to go)!

Just placed my F28-2000 in service. Because of its speed and still short turn around time, I can put in 7 roundtrips from Wuhan to the top China/HK cities, plus one short run to a nearby city, netting daily "profit" of over $460K. Almost replaced two HS748s, and because of 79 seats, also getting more "profit" per market.

I think this one purchase is great, but it may not work other routes...

I was disturbed over the weekend and my caipirinha was spilled in the process. I demand compenstation on top of the voucher they gave me

No, and good luck on your compensation :D

I think this one's a keeper. Her family wants to do a "destination wedding" and loved the idea I proposed, on the beach near my family. Much, much, much better than dealing with Canada and their metric weddings.

^ Great idea!

Are you going to drink the other 2 tonight? When is the plate mounting ceremony - pre or post wedding?

Sadly, my exciting news from yesterday has gone

I can't believe that  is still going. I really did feel like posting to it but I was certain I was going to be slammed for being a member of the Box and fueling the conspiracy by Box association.
