Guess I was over-tired, as I hit my car at a pillar. Luckily, only damage is to front left fender. Door and hood seems okay. First time I hurt my own car since getting my DL 20 years ago. :rolleyes: I'm impressed about the bike ride since I don't think I could go 25 feet, let alone miles. |

It is even worse when you are doing it in a luxurious resort location. I just wrapped up ~15 hours in the office on a beautifully sunny Bermuda day. I was outside for about 45 minutes of it, mostly on the commute to and from the office on my m:rolleyes:-ped. And I get to do it all over again tomorrow. And Monday.
I had to walk past a bunch of bars to get back to my bike. So sad to see everyone out partying and not getting to join in. :( |

I meant to ask last Saturday evening but didnt after a long travel and work day. Does anyone know why Delta N678CA on 4/25/09 at IAH was followed by a fire truck and 3 police cars from the runway to the DL gates? I was on the tarmec when I saw this happening. Very Odd!!

That's strange. Doesn't fit any profile I've witnessed. Could the police cars have been airfield safety marshalls? I know when we have a medical emergency the responders are one airfield safety car with flashing lights (yellow), the small paramedic fire truck (not a regular fire engine) and an ambulance and assorted bored policemen.

Im about to fall asleep at the SEA P-Club bar. Ive been up for 22 hours and cant wait to crash on the red eye back to IAH. The staff here is great by the way.
