1. I'm with my mother on industry tix, and they have a dress code.

I want to cry. I just burned up 25,000 miles for a reward ticket because the fare was too high:( The flight could have earned me 9700 DEQM's and the return flight is the last day for DEQM. :(:(:(

Went for a bike ride today. First time since my surgery. Did 25 miles. Heart felt great. Legs tired.

Guess I was over-tired, as I hit my car at a pillar. Luckily, only damage is to front left fender. Door and hood seems okay. First time I hurt my own car since getting my DL 20 years ago. :rolleyes:

That is awesome, and then totally sucks. I would blame it on the often moronic parking situations at most parking lots in Southern California.

I haven't flown for work/business in a LONG time. In a way (for miles and status), I wish I would have been able to fly.

It is even worse when you are doing it in a luxurious resort location. I just wrapped up ~15 hours in the office on a beautifully sunny Bermuda day. I was outside for about 45 minutes of it, mostly on the commute to and from the office on my m:rolleyes:-ped. And I get to do it all over again tomorrow. And Monday.

I had to walk past a bunch of bars to get back to my bike. So sad to see everyone out partying and not getting to join in. :(

Congrats on your bike ride!!!

I'm sorry about your car, though. Glad the damage is relatively minor.
