Has it even been reported there?

I doubt it can survive underwater so I should be safe. :p

Jackson Heights, Astoria, Park Slope, Cobble Hill and probably a few other neighborhoods.

Or my wife might actually decide to quit and we'll take a few months and go somewhere else with all our stuff just boxed up and deal when we get back. A guy can dream....

I have a nice summer cottage in SWO you can rent. You will be away from everything!

Reminds me of the way that syphilis was referred to in the Middle Ages. The Spanish called it the "French Disease" and the French called it the "Spanish Disease."

Excellent. When is the housewarming? We can't make the Pinot tasting at the Hudson House tonight but will try mightily to be around when the donuts come out. :D

But no matter what, congratulations to belynch on the new house. We wish you all the best. ^ :)

The letters "H" and "N" are complaining that they get lumped with all the flu strains. They want the name changed. No "H" and no "N" please, they say.

Today is officially bizarro day.

I just called Chase about something random and spoke to a polite, professional individual. He then said "we can get you a better interest rate on your card if you want," and I said if there's no catch, sure.

So they lowered my interest rate (I never carry a balance but I wasn't going to turn it down) and then he said "thanks for being such a great customer. Will you accept 5,000 OnePass miles as an appreciation of our thanks?"

And I pinched myself and said... okay.

How. Freaking. Bizarre.

I think the end must be near.

Do you have the PP card?

So we call it the hiney flu. @:-)

Jim Norton claims that hiney flu is real. He came to the O&A show one morning with cold/flu-ish symptoms and said that he was performing (his word) "tushilingus" on his then-girlfriend the previous night. Thus his conclusion was that he caught a mild case of "a$$ flu".

Interesting. I have the PP card and when I called they said that since it is a premium card they charge a higher interest rate and couldn't lower it.

I rarely carry a balance but when I do, I don't want the interest to be 10%+

Don't tell the news that. That's what they want it to sound like. I'm amazed that the piggy flu hasn't been compared to the flesh-eating virus yet.

Just wrapped up my meeting with the broker about my apartment. She was tossing around numbers that seemed rather high - similar to where I expected to sell at last year. Sure, I'll have to spend on the broker fee this time, but I'd be rather happy to sell at the price point she thinks is feasible. Here's hoping...

I still find it somewhat surprising that you haven't sold. Granted, the market has taken a huge dump since you were talking about the issues you were having with listings when we played golf.
