If they actually announced a date and I thought it would stick I'd try. But the scuttlebutt I'm hearing is that they are really hoping to just put it in the air and announce it later so that they don't have another missed date.

What a beautiful day for baseball. Phenomenal weather here at CitiField. And the facilities here are WAY better than Yankee stadium. The Pastrami dog at the kosher place is the highlight so far, but I haven't tried all the options yet.

They'll need to apply for an experimental certificate, so I'm sure some word will get out about what day(s) they're actually targeting.

Aerogeeky enough yes. As sbm12 said, don't expect an annoucment. The people I know working on the project are on a strictly need to know bases so info can't accidently leak out to the bloggers of the world.

baglady, sbm12, and icurhere2 that I know of. General consensus is that it isn't worth the hassle, but since it effectively has no cost I might consider doing it to boost the MR point balance. My AmEx points go right to CO or HH anyway.

Both AeroflOtter and Aero Pandy have been TARPED pursuant to v1.0 rules. Having said that, I will soon be selling my 6 A320-200's, since DelNorTalia will have completed its conversion to an all-Boeing fleet, comprised of 737-400's, 757-200's, and 767-300ER's.

AeroflOtter put those TARP funds to good use. I just ordered a fleet of:

Antonov An-74 (2)
Hanzhong Y-8 (1)
Ilyushin Il-62MK (1)
Tupolev Tu-154B (2)
Yakovlev Yak-42D (2 - I think, possibly 1)
