Nothing wrong with it. CO needs to protect the integrity of the front cabin, as long as that integrity means I get to sit up there. ;)

I'm already doing KQ on BKK-NBO-JNB. Assuming, of course, that Americans aren't barred from traveling altogether due to Teh Pig Flu.
thanks. Slide Armed  |

Coming back from CDG I paid to have a gin an tonic on the flight. I paid with a 10, but the FA didn't have change. Since they gave me the whole can of tonic, I said give me another bottle of gin and call it even. :o

Being a vodka guy, and having complained about such at the Do, I have to agree. I'm only drinking on coupons because I did not have a positive cocktail experience on the party flight. I know the answer to my complaint turned out to be the concentrated crap cranberry juice, as I think was discussed here. But that juice ruined the initial taste of the cocktail, and such a drink isn't worth $5 in real cash. I'll have to investigate the juices available in the airport the next time I plan on drinking while flying, because if I can procure better mixers while airside, I'll use my coupons just for the mini.

Haha. Another post that could be devoid of emoticons and held up as heroism in the UA forum. I remember reading the posts of one certain smelly cheesebag of a guy who said that UA should never do op-ups, unless he gets one. And he was deadly serious.

There's a thread about some FT'ers who pack their 3-1-1 bags with minis and surreptitiously serve themselves ... Could be done quite easily in an airside restroom with a water bottle (and make the gate area a little more tolerable). A little brazen for my taste but YMMV.

You didn't think I was serious. I was dead serious. Apparently even CO agrees I shouldn't fly them in Y. Last two times I was going to be stuck in Y CO shipped me over to DL to fly them in Y and rebooked me in a full Y ticket so I got bonus EQMs. So yes, even apparently the CO agents at ATL don't think I should ever fly them unless it's in F or an exit row on regional equipment.
